What To Expect - Parents
Upon entering the park for the first time, there will be a WAIVER and a simple rider profile that needs to be filled out prior to entering the facility. If you are bringing other parents children, please visit our WAIVER page to get all the answers on what is expected. Our WAIVER policy is very strict. We will turn away riders without the proper WAIVER. We are very sensitive to the WAIVER policy and will help you obtain what is needed. Just ask the front desk or give us a call before you travel.
Ray’s is a family friendly atmosphere with basic accommodations. You are encouraged to bring anything that will make your stay enjoyable. Drinks, snacks, magazines, or even a comfortable chair to prop up in the lounge are all a good idea to bring along. Bring a jacket or maybe a blanket to keep warm. Even though the park is heated, we like to keep it somewhat cool for the riders. The park offers Pepsi products and Red Bull with a small assortment of snack and candy. There are outlets for electronics and chargers throughout the park. Free WI-FI is available with a password available at the front counter.
Everyone is expected to be courteous and kind to all that attend our facility. Whether you are riding or just hanging out, we consider this our home and our customer’s family. We expect our customers to respect their surroundings by picking up after themselves and letting an employee know if something needs attention.
We do require that an adult is present with your group if the oldest rider is under the age of 16.
There are specific rules for children under the age of 9 years old. An adult must ride with the child at all times. More information on this topic can be found here on the website.
The best way to find information about the park and its rules and policies is to speak with an employee or see the manager.
Our goal is for everyone to have FUN! We will do everything in our power to make sure that happens for each and every person that enters our facility.
